Prior to opening the Coffee Cup, Gary had been involved in catering for over 25 years and has worked in numerous hotels as well as running his own guest house in Blackpool.
Gary has catered for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries and other major celebrations and, along with his team, can cater for parties large or small across all budget levels.

Below we have provided three sample menus that should give you some idea of what we can offer along with the cost per head.
As you can see from the menus below, we can keep things simple but appetising, or we can offer a very extensive selection of fare on a par with a gastro hotel (with the advantage of not charging their prices).
The buffet can be cold, or include hot and cold dishes. We can provide waitresses and waiters to serve hot food and to refresh the food selections as guests visit the buffet.

Please note that these are just a selection of our buffet menus. We can cater for any specific requirements including special dietary needs, or vegetarian and vegan food, and we can also create a buffet selection based around your personal tastes and favourite dishes.
A few things to think about before you call
If you are planning to have outside catering for a special event, Gary will need to know the following in order to put together a menu and price.
- Location of the venue and venue facilities
- Date and time of the event
- Number of people
- Approximate cost per head
- Number of courses (e.g. starters, main courses, desserts)
- Number of different main dishes
- Any special requirements, e.g. vegetarian
- Types of tableware, plates, cutlery etc required
- Any other requirements that you have
